Step 1: Call the front desk at 720-935-2663 ext.2.  We are live on the phones from 10am to 3pm Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.  If you receive our voicemail, please leave a message! We will return all calls by the end of the following business day.  You can also use our contact us page/schedule an appointment button on the website or simply click here and send us a message.

Step 2:  The admin team is here to help you get scheduled with the right therapist!  We are happy to answer any and all questions.  We can also schedule a 15 minute phone consultation if it is important to you to speak with your chosen therapist before your first session.  Once you find a match that fits your therapy focus, budget, and schedule, the next step is making the appointment official.

  • You’ll find a day and time that works for you and your therapist’s schedule
  • You’ll be asked for a credit card to charge a $50 non-refundable deposit

Step 3:  You will receive a minimum of 3 separate emails after you officially schedule:

  • A receipt for the $50 deposit
  • An invitation to join the client portal (email with a big blue button in the middle)
  • A confirmation email detailing the who/what/when/where/how of your upcoming intake appointment

Step 4: Attend your first session.

  • Your therapist will ask questions to get the context of what you are navigating.
  • During the first or second session, your therapist will help you set some goals for therapy so you can know if you are getting what you want.
  • After your initial appointment, all subsequent sessions will be scheduled by you and your therapist. All billing updates and changes will also be handled by your therapist.
  • Remember that the admin team is happy to assist when and where we can during our regular administrative hours (same as phone hours mentioned above).
